A research-based, holistic and practical process for unlocking human potential. Our workshops consist of three modules, which are designed to assist your team in becoming more resilient and well-balanced individuals.

Our 3 Part Process

Here at the Resilience Institute, we have divided our face-to-face workshops into three main categories.

An integral part of our resilience training is to provide face-to-face workshops. These workshops, along with our online learning materials and web seminars, provide a blended and engaging learning experience for participants to enjoy.

These workshops focus on individual resilience, resilient leadership, as well as the resilience of the team as a whole. We have worked with a wide variety of organisations around the world, and, on average, we see a 38% increase in overall resilience after our training has taken place.

#1: Bounce and Recovery

In this initial workshop, we define and explore the meaning of resilience. We review the team’s or individual’s Resilience Diagnostic results and create a key list of priorities to work on. The outcomes of this workshop include:

In the second part of our workshop series, we delve deeper into helping your team make resilience an integral part of their everyday lives. The Lifestyle Management section focuses on:

While section 2 focuses mostly on the physical body, Performance Mindset focuses on the mental state, and ways to improve mental wellbeing. The focuses for this section include:
