The Resilience Diagnostic

The Resilience Diagnostic is an assessment we have created, and continuously improve upon, which delivers in-depth results regarding your people’s resilience, mental fitness and productivity. This research-based assessment gives you an inside look into the emotional side of your employees’ lives; allowing you to understand what challenges they face and what hidden talents they may be concealing.

The Assessment

The below factors are often overlooked in the workplace, but these dynamics play an integral role to the overall functioning and well being of the individual. The assessment is easy to understand and takes just several minutes to answer all questions. Each participant in the Resilience Diagnostic assessment is provided with their own, personalised results. The results from the assessment are based on 60 key factors, which include:

General mental health and fitness

Ability to bounce back from stressful situations

Staying calm and focused

Managing stress effectively

Emotional intelligence and self-awareness

Healthy sleep, eating and exercise habits

Adaptability and strong decision making skills

Feelings of purpose

Group Results

When performing our Resilient Diagnostic assessment on a group, the results of all participants are aggregated. A comprehensive (and completely confidential) group report is formed, which is based on 60 key factors.

From this report, employers, managers and leaders are able to get a clear understanding on the wellbeing and emotional intelligence of their team. It is a good idea to perform these assessments regularly so that progress can be tracked.

An Effective Way to Measure Resilience

The resilience Institute has dedicated the past 9 years to continuously improving our Resilience Diagnostic assessment. The assessment is research-based, and is backed by psychometrics and data mining.

There are 5-7 questions in each of the 11 categories of the assessment. Each and every answer will either define the candidate as an asset or as a liability. Resilient people are always considered assets.

The results are given in the form of a resilience ratio, where the total asset scores are divided by the total liability scores.

Our Resilience Diagnostic has been used by hundreds of companies worldwide, and is currently available in 5 different languages. Our results have proved to be highly beneficial, and most of our clients make use of our services yearly as to track the progression of their teams’ resilience.
