At the core of this approach is the Resilience Diagnostic assessment. By understanding strengths across a range of disciplines, employees and individuals construct personal blueprints for safety, well-being and success. Goal-Keeper

Goal Keeper is a new way to track resilience goals. By defining key priorities and measuring progress daily, users see results. The emoji tracking tool prompts users to measure achievements by clicking on a sad face (goal not achieved), neutral face (partially achieved) or happy face (goal achieved).
